We pride ourselves at Crossroads Care Richmond and Kingston upon Thames, in being able to help take family members who are in need of, or receiving care, beyond their front door and out into the community.
Whether it is to help give individual independence, or to give the care giver space and time to themselves, the care we offer isn’t tied to the home environment.
Our expert carers not only deliver complex care within a community setting, for example, administration of medicines, support in accessing health care provisions and moving and handling, but they can also help those who are exploring their independence, through engagement with positive lifestyle activities or social or educational opportunities. We work long term with families, supporting individuals with complex needs with their transitions in life, whether this is moving on to a new care environment or starting the first day of school, we can liaise with outside organisations, maintaining continuity and quality of care throughout.
We work with each family to design a package of care which best suits the whole family as well as those receiving the care. Our aim is to maximise the benefits to you from the time we have with you.
We can support with private care, and as a charity we fundraiser to be able to offer some charity places too.
