Crossroads Rockley Holiday Park Trip 2018
Crossroads Care Richmond & Kingston received funding from the Postcode Community Trust to take six children/young people who attend the Saturday Club for children with additional needs to the Haven Rockley Park Holiday Park in Poole, Dorset. Some of the children/young people invited had never been on a caravan holiday, so they were especially excited and really looking forward to the trip!
We hired a prestige 3-bedroom Caravan with Decking and a patio set with a pre-booked activity bundle for all the young people. The staff children/young people were collected from home by the staff on the minibus. Upon arrival, they couldn’t wait to drop off their bags as they were excited to head down to the club house to book the activities they wanted to participate in. The activities include Trampoline, Archery, Bungee Jumping, Crazy Golf to name a few.

heir experience on the trip was a positive one where they were able to enjoy time together with their peers and take part in all the different activities together. These include trips to the supermarket for snacks and ingredients for selected meals during the day, eating out at the restaurants, visiting the arcades, walks along the beach, playing board games and most importantly the fun even
